No Shoes, No Shirt, And Politics- Equals No Service

March 23, 2026 By Conn Williamson

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has to be one of the most maligned politicians by radicalized leftists in the post-Bill Clinton era of indiscretions which may or may not have involved a blouse or two.

The former White House executive who served as the White House press secretary during Donald Trump’s first term and is now the current leader of the Arkansas state government, managed to upset the Liberal equilibrium as she was asked to leave an establishment in her home state.

Allegedly, restaurant employees at a Little Rock business were triggered by the presence of the Conservative lawmaker as she and staff members made an appearance for lunch in a popular local cafe. Huckabee’s forced exit from the business is her second controversial and public ejection from a dining consortium in the last eight years. In 2018 the political figure was asked by ownership to vacate the Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, Virginia due to apparent conflicting political ideologies with ownership. Similar to her first banishment outside of Washington, DC, the latest incident in Little Rock ended peacefully despite the residual drama and end-users through social media posts unrelentingly dissecting the narrative.

According to sources, Huckabee and staff were enjoying a meal and libations when certain servers in the establishment shared their concerns and complaints with the management that the environment and vibe was becoming less than tolerable and incongruent to acceptable working conditions. Upon hearing the complaints, the Governor was given the boot along with her colleagues and staff and left without incident.

In the aftermath of the debacle, leadership at the business, the Croissanterie, cited that Huckabee and cohorts dined past the house rule time limit of 90 minutes and the decision for removal had nothing to do with politics despite initial reports which indicated that employees were made uncomfortable by the presence of the Governor. Both parties released statements to the press regarding the incident, which trended virally via social media and created a perceptible backlash to all involved.

As hypocrisy remains omnipresent from the extremities of both sides of the political spectrum, adverse reactions to everyday occurrences will continue to dominate the news cycle as commonsense is banished to a desolate wasteland of conjecture. This continued reckless societal behavior of reactionism only promotes propaganda encouraged through shortened attention spans and a general lack of critical thinking skills fueled by entitlement in the absence of fact.

With Arkansas firmly established as a “red state” and a majority of Republican voters, this is a dire warning that extremism exists in all corners of the nation and within a fleeting moment can erupt into controversy damaging the integrity of society.
