Weekly Digest: Caitlyn Sets Them Straight

May 20, 2021 By Kennedy Guse

As down to earth parents everywhere dread explaining to their teenage daughter why she got cut from the basketball team in favor of a rugged 6’4 225 pound transgender female, it took the likes Caitlyn Jenner to provide crucial perspective during these intolerably confusing times. The former Olympic gold medal winning track star, knows a little bit something about competition and had this to say about the integration of alternative gender athletes into girl’s and women’s sports.  “This is a question of fairness,” stated the reality TV star. “That’s why I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls’ sports in school. It just isn’t fair. And we have to protect girls’ sports in our schools.”

With Jenner announcing a bid for Governor of California as a Republican candidate, we shall see if she is embraced or shunned by the LGBT community, as outspoken activists have their backs against the wall, and it will be interesting to see if they put their money where their collective mouth is, or double down. Either way, the once upon a time man, who set a world record in the decathlon, will keep the circus of Golden state politics at prime time levels of fun.  It would only be ironic if she joined the likes of Nancy Pelosi in drafting policy that allows convicted murderers to receive sex changes in prison, and all on the time of the tax payer.

Keeping with the subject of gender controversy, a neuroscience professor sticking to scientific law got into hot water with the American Psychological Association, for stating that there are only two genders. The College Fix reports that John Staddon of Duke University was kicked-off a, ADA sanctioned professional online chat forum for his blatant heresy. “What is the evidence? Is there a Z chromosome?”, was his immediate response to the ridiculous banishment.

Fortunately for Staddon and the rest of us, tax-payer funded libraries are available to public in helping to navigate the condensed minefield of identity politics. According to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee LGBTQ+ resource page, one should take serious note of the 58 gender pronoun options currently available on F***book, to prevent offending another human. The exhaustive encyclopedia which certainly hijacks valuable storage space in the brain, is just one example of this modern dystopia of why critical thinking skills are diminishing and IQ. Vin Scully in 20 years broadcasting women’s Olympic software. “The stunning setting and angular latticework of the gem that is Montreal’s ballpark cannot obscure the shadows of a gorgeous day as Shelby Weatherton steps to the plate. On the year his/her/cis.net batting average has skyrocketed to legendary proportions.” Thank goodness we will in a world where each and everyone is now appeased, and even through diversity is disingenuously celebrated, the indifferent societal work projects of grouping and profiling have begun.

On a relative topic, the women’s NCAA softball tournament is about to begin, and similar to the biases and prejudices which taint college football and regionalism, the same can be said for a sport unfortunately governed by bureaucracy, and not reason. The Washington Huskies ranked #6 in the final polls were inexplicably given the 16th, or lowest seed of any of the top clubs. The decision by committee comes in the aftermath of a very difficult year for scholarship athletics on the West coast, as the ineptitude of government and conference leadership ultimately led to chaos and game cancelations. While the blatant oversight of the Washington softball team is an indication of homerism, who can blame the powers that be for the penalizing a league which set a horrendous precedent in the fall for starting football two months and deservedly left out of the national conversation as the insufferable politics of Washington, Oregon, and California were allowed to dictate an entire trickle down effect that resulted in no one caring East of the Mississippi? Sorry Washington, but you only have Larry Scott, Gavin Newsome, Kate Brown, and Jay Inslee to blame.

Finally, as parents everywhere and critical race theory come to an end of the academic year jarring crash, and school boards endure the turnover rate of boiler room Medicare scams outsourced by NFT bots, a moment of perspective is needed from a women who understands that true diversity emanates from celebrating our unique and blessed differences. This is not the scenario the societal engineers envisioned when creating a curriculum of pure indoctrination, and raw emotion bereft of fact or evidence.
