Hollywood Liberal Pleading For A Trump Bump
A group of people who possess limited talent beyond moderate likability in the public relations neoosphere, put their latest scheme of investing in “beachfront” property near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains on hold (a visceral response to the myth of climate change) to collaborate and produce a futile, snowflake infused, melodramatic and hopefully final video plea to the Electoral College before the vote becomes official December 19.
The patchwork posse, comprised of failed dreams drunk with entitlement, was allegedly rounded up from casting offices, dive bars and the realms of spiritual advisors in various Hollywood locations. Head narrator and video anchor Martin Sheen loosely uses the term “demagogue” in the opening rant, which degrades into a spasms of catch phrases and gibberish with a backdrop of crisp edits, ethereal music and frenetic hand gestures. The desperation is apparent and abundant through out the short video as the subjects futilely grasp at the idealism of a false utopia.
The New York Post reports that the production was made possible by the organization, Unite For America. Specifications regarding the type or amount of compensation paid to the actors was not mentioned. In the aftermath of the election, delusions of unicorns and candy land continue to fuel blind activism, and support a flourishing cottage of paid protestors from all societal levels. The shear amount of labor and money wasted banging the proverbial and collective head against inevitability begs for the concussion protocol policy instituted by the NFL.
