How to Pass the Time When You Run Out of Seeds?

Rain delays are never popular with players and the fans, especially at the amateur level where most ballparks lack modern and suitable amenities. The young men of the Diamond Dawgs baseball club out of New York decided to weather a tedious rain delay through innovation and imagination by staging a “deer hunt” of selected teammates. Regardless of the criteria for the “deer” or the specifications for which bats qualified as official “rifles”, this team earns a gold star for overall creativity and combining two of the greatest outdoor activities on the planet.
