Buy Today! Scientists Tinker With Mind Control

December 7, 2017 By Conn Williamson

“Triathlon”. “Christmas Tree”. “Nuclear holocaust”. “Bitcoin”. “Al Franken”.

After ceaseless mental processing in the matter of milliseconds, each word formulates a burning image and a concept intertwined in emotion. Within the mind, the cascading information pathway from an ingrained and personalized interpretation of an idea leads directly to a reaction, partially based on environment and conditioning.

FYI- Franken will always be Stuart Smalley, now we know that the sweater was just an disguise to put everyone in the room at ease and cop a feel. Images, combined with an organic or introduced idea, create a powerful impression, the concept of which has been utilized by businesses and government in the art capturing the senses of an individual. As the refinement of marketing has evolved into a powerful tool of passive persuasion, in existing as the current pixelated and digitized shimmering carnival of dazzling lights and sharp impulses, scientists are just beginning the journey to implanting information directly into the brain.  The forceful implementation of mind control and reeducation, may be just slightly around the proverbial corner of dystopia.

In startling and chilling fashion, the New York Times shares the research findings of a pair of scientists engaged with injecting information directly into the brains of primates. No, this is not science fiction, but the reality of a world on the brink of slowly terminating liberty and individualism.

The subjects of the experiment were two rhesus monkeys wired each with 16 electrodes connected to the brain, competing in a simple game for rewards, where the rules would slightly change. According to the study, the scientists fired electrical pulses into the premotor cortex of the mammals at different junctures during a test of pushing a button, turning a lever and pulling a bar. Each successful maneuver yielded a reward. The intriguing and disturbing results showed that through the use of strategic electrical pulses, the researchers were able to directly supply the monkeys with information in adapting to new rules introduced into the game. Armed with these “instructions”, the animals were able to go wireless and make the correct moves, sans the electrodes.

While the possible applications of the study to the field of neurology are immense, especially in evolving the successful treatment of severe brain injuries, the skeptic of the diabolical megalomaniac has to wonder how this process may be abused in an array of innovative and twisted ways. In witnessing the disgusting display and mob mentality of the raucous Black Friday crowds, surely driven by the full spectrum of conditioning, what is the price of free will?
