Crafting A Fully-Functional PC From Wood- Time Slows Down For Once

October 9, 2019 By Conn Williamson

The remarkably pixelated technicolor content of social media, is not built to rebuke the rambunctious onset of instant gratification, and the yearning for digital self-validation. Yet for 99.9% of channel jockeys on the circus-like frenzied panorama of YouTube, this is the case.

However, once in a while, when the lulls of the news cycle reach an apex of repetitive stagnation, and the viral paradigm dries up, there exists a brief moment of reflective peacefulness, where the past can be shared with the present in a ceremony that does not involve the nostalgic craving for MTV retro music videos.

YouTube User DIY Perks, has managed to transcend the madness of inane posting and activity without in achievement, in accomplishing the rigorous challenge of fusing the skilled craftsmanship of woodworking and the powerful hardware components forming the infrastructure of an industrial-grade PC. The result is nothing short of breathtaking.

The first generation of its kind as a sort of loosely defined cyborg thanks to an informal kinship to a tree, “Cloud Unit”, puts even the workhorse beasts of top of the line processors to shame, with a customizable interface and an eclectic design. A handful of 20th century science fiction authors predicated that the template of modern computers would morph into more organic and natural and sleek basis of architecture, as the technological adherence to Moore’s law opened up the possibility for bold schematics and an emphasis on aesthetics, rather than the generic assembly line product. In fact, as microchips continue to shrink in size and can handle greater processing loads, the digital age to is set to reach the unimaginable heights of wonder and imagination set by ingenuity.

Though smartphones are the preferred device for the younger generations, the creation and contribution of DIY Perks to the consumer sectors, opens up a plausible marketplace catering to consumers demanding a more personalized and efficient interactive computing experience. As the presence of the traditional PC are still crucial over the entire spectrum of industries, the infusion of the esoteric into the baseline work space, counteracts the banal perpetual banter of thought fragments and emoticons clogging the servers and dulling the minds. The thought and sentiment of a wholesome past reminds many of the how the Grandfather clock survived the jet and space age to remain a mainstay in the home, and with absolutely no complaints from family arriving just in time for a reflective and rewarding Thanksgiving feast.

The present is quite tolerable of time-tested thoughtfulness represented a bountiful heritage.
