Debbie Wasserman Schultz wants to take your guns, either directly or indirectly. She and her anti-2nd amendment cohorts will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
The Democrats may say they want to just ban “assault weapons” but they keep letting slip their real intention; which is the repeal of the 2nd Amendment.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz must have decided that the fight against the right to “keep and bear arms” is lost.

So she’s moved on to infringing on the right to keep and “bear bullets.”
In fact, that’s exactly what she said in a press conference when introducing her newest waste-of-paper House bill that would require instant background checks to purchase ammunition.
“You do not have the right to bear bullets,” she said proudly. Har har, Debbie.
A Senate version of the bill was also introduced by Connecticut Democrat Richard Blumenthal, who – in lieu of a self-serving press conference – sent out some self-serving tweets.
Without background checks on ammunition sales, there’s nothing to stop dangerous people – barred from buying guns – from amassing vast ammunition arsenals. This ludicrous loophole puts lives at risk.

The “Ammunition Background Check Act would require anyone looking to buy bullets to be subjected to background checks, similar to the one required to purchase a firearm in the first place.
According to The Daily Caller, Wasserman Schultz said, “I really think it’s important to underscore that without bullets a gun is just a hunk of useless metal, and a would-be killer lacks the means to actually kill or maim.”
She then added that the ability to buy ammunition is a “loophole” in current gun control laws.
Of course, this is total nonsense. Any court or judge – even the ones in California – would have to recognize that restricting access to ammunition is defacto the same gun control that the Supreme Court already rejected.
These are the same liberals who insist that any restriction on a woman’s right to an abortion amounts to an unconstitutional infringement.
The Ammunition Background Check Act was introduced with 36 co-sponsors, all Democrats, of course.

That’s right, Debbie. You’re so smart. So you’re admitting that “bullet control” is effectively “gun control,” right?
Thankfully, this bill will die a swift death, thanks to Republicans’ control of both houses of Congress.”
