The culmination of a pre-Independence Day workweek resounded in freedom as 2nd Amendment supporters celebrated on the Capitol Mall in Boise Friday. While residents were previously allowed to carry outside of city limits, the new law gives latitude for legal carry and self-defense within city limits. Idaho Second Amendment Association President Greg Pruett summed up the ramifications for citizens and firearms owners:
“When someone breaks into your house, that should be the end of it for them.”
