The controversial and subjective requirements satisfying the legal definition of a “danger to the community”, were omnipresent within the circus of a New Mexico courtroom Tuesday, as both the judge and the defense attorney at the very least probably require a thorough head examination, as well as a reality check.
Armed with information describing a horrific environment filled with the ugly undertones of a possible homicide, child abuse and neglect, hazardous extremism, and the presence of mental health issues, the court decided that the five adults supervising the desolate compound were free to exercise their full Constitutional rights until the trial date, of course after posting bond, reports CNN.
Disgustingly, the defense attorney earned the limelight in officially crossing the line of nonsensical insanity while commenting that race was the key issue for the intervention of law enforcement officials and not possible crimes towards children culminating in murder, going as far to insinuate that discrimination factored into the arrests, along with the denial of civil liberties.
“If these were white people of a Christian faith who owned guns, that’s not a big deal because there’s a Second Amendment right to own firearms in this country. If these were white Christians, faith healing is of no consequence because we have freedom of religion in this country.
Huh? Just what planet does this person live on?
The remains of a three-year old are scattered in a remote feces-laden dump of a training ground for possible violent attacks, yet the fact that the group is black and Muslim completely cancels out the entire spectrum of criminal acts and blatant indiscretions? When brutal transgressions of child abuse enters into the picture, all bets should be off pertaining to outside influences getting the kids to someplace safe. (Here is the reality check) If this had been a white Christian family under similar circumstances, the global news crews would be on site with 24-hour-coverage and with the majority of the commentators demonizing organized religion. And certainly a “disinterested” judge not pushing a tired agenda (sarcasm) would have locked the white family in a cell and misplaced the key somewhere within the spurious bureaucracy ferrying the cruise ship of reckless political correctness.
This chilling narrative illustrates just how far an apologetic subculture lacking reason has gone in deviating to a point where a certain racial and religious group is beyond criticism, and now allegedly above common law. Along with this putrid mentality, children continue to be exploited and used as simple pawns for ideological warfare, and when the temporary lights speed of the news cycle drys out and the tweets languish, the self-identified social justice warriors stop caring, until the next opportunity arises in attempting to engineer society.
