Vice President Pence urged Robert Mueller to “wrap up” his never-ending investigation into Russian collusion Thursday, saying the special counsel needs to “bring his work to completion.”
Pence was speaking with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell when he was asked to weigh-in on Mueller’s months-long probe.
“Bob Mueller… Do you think he’s a bad guy? Do you think his investigation is a hoax?” asked Mitchell.
“What I think is that it’s been about a year since this investigation began,” said our Vice President. “Our administration has provided over a million documents, we’ve fully cooperated in it and in the interest of the country, I think it’s time to wrap it up.”
“I would very respectfully encourage the special counsel and his team to bring their work to completion,” he added.
