Summer Skiing In Utah?

July 6, 2018 By Conn Williamson

With winter in full-swing for most of the continental United States, there is lagging need for abundant warmth, sunshine and good, clean, outdoor activities performed in only shorts and a tee-shirt.

While Utah is known for great snow skiing, the abundance of clear skies and vertical sand dunes offer an alternative to the typical list of Summertime possibilities, the turbo-climb. Clearly, the most popular way to the dune’s summit is driving a turb0-charged ATV.

Sand Hallow State Park, just minutes from St. George, Utah (near the Southwest border of the state) offers the new era of thrill seekers stunning vistas, clear water, and literal mountain ranges of sand.
