As The Story Is Told: A flood destroyed the bridge and the river flow was too fast for a pontoon ferry so the town administration found a creative way to transport people across the river.
It looks rather treacherous at first. Get in an excavator bucket that lifts you up and transports you across the raging river. Then, right in the middle of the river you reach the other excavator bucket and yes, you must climb from one to the other, in the air, over the river.
I just want to know how the crew of the 1st excavator gets home? Swim?
