The Armed Thief Enters The Store And Threatens Storekeeper With Gun To The Face
“It’s the first time this has ever happened in my life but I wasn’t that scared as everyone has guns in my country that they keep for security.”
The store keeper, caught on CCTV, is threatened at gun point with the armed man pointing the gun to his face. This incident took place in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, England where guns are illegal. No 2nd amendment rights over there.
Hunar Mohammed, 37, was working behind the counter on Saturday night when the man entered the store asking for cigarettes and alcohol. As the storekeeper was bagging his items, the armed man threatened him with the gun, demanding money from register.
Hunar Mohammed is from Kurdistan where most people carry guns for protection so he was not intimidated by the gun.
He said:
‘I’ve handled a gun before as well. I did what any normal person would do to save their life. In this second, my mind said to do this and I did it.
As it turned out, the gun was an imitation but the storekeeper was not to know that. The thief, 24, has been charged with robbery and threatening with an imitation firearm.
